In response to the desperate need in Haiti ,the Gilwell group is asking those who wish to join the appeal through Scouts Canada. We are dedicating these donations in memory and honour of our friend, Patricia Cowell who has gone home on January 9th ,2010.
Bring your contributions to Peter Hodgkinson 4229 Trellis Cres. by January 24th. If you write a cheque, make it out to Scouts Canada Federation and indicate Haiti Relief on the front. Cash contributions and /or cheques will be sent by me to Ottawa.

The purpose of the 1st Gilwell Troop, Mississauga Patrol is to promote and support the Scouting movement locally, nationally and internationally. We can do this by:
Participating in the annual Gilwell Reunion
Organizing the Christmas Campfire
Attending international and other provincial reunions
